The Anatomy of Cartridges

Cartridge Housing

The tip and housing are crafted from imported Korean medical-grade PC plastic, ensuring biocompatibility, long-lasting durability, and user-friendly operation.

Cartridge Needle

Our needles are manufactured with the industry's most stringent quality control, using Japanese stainless steel and lead-free solder to guarantee they are non-toxic and completely safe for use on the skin.

Safety Membrane

Our cartridges are equipped with a safety membrane that acts as a critical barrier, preventing ink and bodily fluids from flowing back into the tattoo machine. This is essential for maintaining a sterile field and protecting both the artist and client from cross-contamination, allowing artists to focus entirely on their craft with complete peace of mind.

Cartridge Assembly and Sterilization

All cartridges are produced and assembled in a certified Medical Dust-Free Workshop. Thereafter, each unit undergoes a 100% sterilization process using E.O. gas to ensure ultimate safety.
